Scale Range Security not working (Data Manager)

Hey community,

 

I'm working on ERDAS APOLLO 16.5 update 2.

I've defined a scale range for a user on an aggregate in the data manager.

I've tried different scale ranges but for example i used: Lower 0, Upper 25 000.

 

However, it seems like the security is not applied at all because at the portal, that user can still see the whole image.

This was working fine in previous version of Apollo for me.

 

Can someone help me?

 

(PS: I need this for an ongoing training to one of our client collaborators today).

 

Update: i've noticed that it works just fine for roles. Just not for a user. Is this a bug or a new way of doing things?

I don't think there is any workflow change here.

If you believe this is a regression bug, please submit a support ticket

Have you changed Apollo WMS configuration from legacy WMS to Core WMS? I don't think range and scale security work on core WMS.

Nope, i didn't change the configuration to use Core WMS. I'm using Legacy.

 

I will submit a support ticket then.
