Good day all
M.AppEnterprise version 16.1.2113.2
SQL Server 2016
We have some point data with a LastUpdateTime, String field. Only points that has been edited or added, will have values for LastUpdateTime, the rest will have NULL entries.
When setting up the Insident Analyser view with Date/Time charts, only points with values inside the LastUpdateTime field are displayed. The other points with NULL values are not displayed in the map window.
Is there a way to get around this, sothat all points will display?
We have tried a solution to add a temporary "Start" date inside LastUpdateTime, but then the date chart has 1000's of entries on one day. Maybe there is a way to filter out a certain date inside this chart, without influencing the total points in the map display?
Any suggestion welcome

For Date/Time charts the field format does not need to follow any one specific format, but the format must be
consistent throughout the dataset. In other words, if a date and or time is used, the entire
dataset must use the same format for each row. A full date with a time is not required
however; for example, this field can contain only a Year. If certain information is not
present (NULL) within the specified Date/Time field, some charts will not present entire dataset as you have seen.
