Today I installed the BETA version of Enterprise 16.1 Beta over 16.03 (service pack 3).
All seemd to work ok with some of the usual upgrade problems, but none of the BI Browser M.Apps are working they just show as a blank page.
After some troubleshooting I found that the MapViewer link when you start the M.app is incorrect:
It referes to : https://demo.imagem.nl/MApp/MapViewer/#id=2688aeea-25c9-4fcb-97f4-0d86560ee05a&tenant=IMAGEM
The MApp part should not be there as that is not part of the installation (it is actually the IIS Application name, but not a virtual directory or application) When I remove that part from my URL it works but it seems to be coded somewhere.
Create a BI Map, all looks good in the preview.
Save this this map
Login to the Apps page with an user that has access to the app just created.
Start the App.
A blank page apprears.
Press F12 (in chrome) you will see it cannot find the URL:
https://demo.imagem.nl/MApp/MapViewer/#id=2688aeea-25c9-4fcb-97f4-0d86560ee05a&tenant=IMAGEM Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
The message is correct if I change the URL to: https://demo.imagem.nl/MapViewer/#id=2688aeea-25c9-4fcb-97f4-0d86560ee05a&tenant=IMAGEM it works just fine.
Please advice how to correct this on the server? As a workaround I tried to add the MApp application/virtual directory but that makes the tokens to no longer work.

I managed to solve it myself I eddited the config.js file in the M.App Enterprise\BrowserClient folder to have the correct path's:
After clearing the browser cache this fixed the problem we where having.
