Can I ask what is the solution for this problem? I can't download the data that has been delivered by ERDAS Apollo using Clip Zip Ship. Is it Delivery Host problem? Can I ask what is the correct set up for delivery host?

Launch Data Manager, expand Configuration and choose Clip/Zip/Ship.
Check the values for Delivery Host and Delivery Protocol. I suspect Delivery Host is set to localhost instead of the public name of your server.
I'm guessing when you ran the Apollo configuration wizard you specified localhost instead of the public name of your server at some point. Generally shouldn't use localhost. if so you might want to rerun the configuration wizard, though you might then need to manually update some config files.

Can I ask where the Server Public Name?

Public name is the name of the server that is publically accessable. e.g. if you where making apollo services available on the Internet the server would typically have a public DNS name that is different from its actual internal name. e.g. for intranet it would typically be fully qualified servername or DNS alias. e.g. servername.domain.com
When running the configuration wizard it will have a section 'HTTP Server Settings'. Put your fully qualified public name in as the HostName. For version 2020, see page 20 of the Installation guide or from https://hexagongeospatial.fluidtopics.net/reader/dCo~bYerpRXWnxTegbYLhA/gUxIRtUhnI4yq7rdTqAd3Q look for HTP Server Settings.
Using HTTPS is generally preferable if you have valid SSL certificate deployed, see https://hexagongeospatial.fluidtopics.net/reader/dCo~bYerpRXWnxTegbYLhA/tZquMaMg9Y3AfScKeztF_Q

Hi Mondie,
If you want to use gmail address for clip-zip-ship. Pls follow the details provided in the screenshot attached. It worked for me.
My system name is karthik. So I have used Karthik as my Delivery host. And replace with your gmail address and its password.
And also enable less secure apps by using this link "https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps"
Hope it helps.
Karthik.
