Dear all,

I'm configuring a workspace in Geospatial portal. when I try to load it, it always resulting in an error. It always says 'error initializing map service'. do I skip any configuration step so that results in an error?

Hi Amalia,

Have you checked the getCapabilities of the service you want to add? In other words, are you sure the service is working properly?
