What TCP ports need to be opened for ERDAS APOLLO Advantage/Professional 2014/2015/2018?  

Answer

For Apollo 2018

TCP 80 for HTTP
TCP 433 for HTTPS
TCP 5455 for Messaging Throughput
TCP 61616 for ActiveMQ
TCP 8161 for ActiveMQ Admin Console (Optional, open it if user want to access ActiveMQ admin console)

 

For Apollo 2015/2016

HTTP = 80
AJP Connector = 8009
JNDI = 1099
Messaging = 5445
Messaging Throughput = 5455
JBOSS Management Console = 9990

How about 2016?

Since there is not JBOSS any more I guess that one is not required... Is there any other change?

Externally I only have port 443 open since I am using SSL... otherwise I would only have port 80.  Internally I still have the ports open needed for APOLLO to communicate with  DB, etc.

In Apollo 2016, both portal and data manager only use portal 80 (also need 443 if use SSL).
