Feature Analyzer - Button: Zoom to Features / Fit All

Dear Community,

after working with Feature Analyzer for a while I think quite a useful function is missing:

Default Button in the UI: Zoom to Features / Fit all to zoom to the filtered / selected features in the map.

Allows the user to focus directly on the desired features in the map without scrolling and searching.

Thanks and regards,

Steffi

Dear Steffi,

Thank you for your input, we always appreciate feedback.

If you are using an Analyzer product on the B2B or B2C, this functionality now exists. If you are using Feature Analyzer for M.App Enterprise, the most recent release contains this functionality.

Description:

The Fit All button in the bottom-right corner of the map lets you quickly set the display area of the map view to match the extents of the feature data displayed within the map. Click the Fit All button to set the map view. This button is useful for finding a small collection of clustered features. For example, in the case where the combination of cross filters has reduced to collection of points being displayed on the map view from thousands to a few small clusters.

More Enhancements:

Further to the above functionality, the next release of the Analyzer Suite (due out shortly) will include addtional functionality for locating single features. Namely, we have enhanced the Data Table chart. To enable the geometry locate functionality, create a Data Table chart, then click the Enable geometry locate checkbox in the data table configuration:

Once the Apply button is clicked, you will see a marker icon in each row of your data table:

Clicking the marker will fit the map to the selected row.

Hope this helps and thank you again for your input.
