Error building for iOS on MMW SDK build 61

I am running into an error when attempting to build an application for iOS using the latest SDK, build 61. The error occurs whether I am building our custom project or the MMW Essentials app. The error is listed below. Has anyone else encountered this?

Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory '/Users/admin/Desktop/DA_Mobile/03-29-16/workspace/Damage Assessment/build/mobile/platforms/ios/Damage Assessment/Damage Assessment-Info.plist'

Re: Error building for iOS on MMW SDK build 61

Ben,

I have tried the last week this release and works well for me.

I can't reproduce this issue.

Best Regards,

Marti

Re: Error building for iOS on MMW SDK build 61

We came across the same issue today.

It's caused by the Cordova version 6.1.0 update: https://cordova.apache.org/news/2016/03/23/tools-release.html

There is a bug reported on it: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-10961

A workaround for now is to use the Cordova version 6.0.0.

After running npm install, please run npm install cordova@6.0.0.

We're working on a fix for the next release.

Lukask,

I didn't have this problem. What do you think?

I think that you have an older version of Cordova installed.

You can check it by running cordova -v in your project directory.

Re: Error building for iOS on MMW SDK build 61

In the build Mobile SDK 15.1.65 we added a workaround for the Cordova bug and it should work fine.
