I have created several workflows as part of a customer project. The first form displays a list view of the data. A user selects an item from the list to see the details and then has the option to update the data. This works as intended when working in the field using a wireless hotspot. However, it does not work when connected to certain wifi networks. In those cases, the form will load a blank page with the form label in the header. See the attached screenshots. This is only a problem for workflows. The Smart Client map displays all content correctly.
What could be causing this problem? Is it firewall related? If so, which ports are required to be open?

do you have any custom or external content on your workfow (like images, logos, custom header or footer,..)?
Do you load GMSC from a secure server (https) or standard http?
This behavior may be cause by mixed content (http and https) or strong security on wifi firewalls (like it is required to load content over https). Workflows are pure html pages, you should try to load it on the external browser (like Chrome or Firefox) or add firebug lite and inspect the internal browser console for any error.
