We just purchased the geocompressor program and need some help from Hexagon (posted the problem on this forum with no replys). Im sure we must be intitled to some direct support from Hexagon but cant find how to get it.
Please help by supplying a link to where I can open up a service ticket or whatever else is required to get a response from the hexagon support staff.

Go to community http://community.hexagongeospatial.com/, and click "Knowledge & Support->Support portal" (https://hexagongeospatial.force.com/supportportal/s/). Login and you should be able to create ticket.
