View Spectral Resolution of Bands

[ Edited ]

The only way that I have found to view the Wavelength and Band Width of bands in ERDAS is this small table in the INDICES command menu. It is not in the Metadata menu but obviously is in the file - is there a better way?

Re: View Spectral Resolution of Bands

Hi Conor,

The Indices tool is getting the band wavelength and width from the Sensor Attribute File (.saf) for the sensor you have selected. The sensor attribute file provides information about the bands of various sensors. These files are used by several tools within ERDAS IMAGINE. You can find the sensor attribute files in your $IMAGINE_HOME\etc folder.

Kind regards,
