CSS Template for Custom Icon

Hi,

 

We need your help here. We have upgraded the GMSC from 2016 to 2020 version. So after we have upgraded and doing some internal testing, We found out our custom icon is not display.

 

Below is the example the icon that failed to display.

After we try to do some changes from the inspect element. We manage to display the icon

is there any advice where I can check on the css template.

Hi azrin,

 

Where is the custom icon sitting on the GMSC server?

How is it being called in the workflow/form settings?

 

This method from 2016 to 2020 did not change so I am curious to this case.
