In a new GMSC 2020 the initial launch of of the GMSC Client failed when browsing to

172.30.98.13/GMSC

The message in the Console of the browser is:

VM5:1 Failed to launch 'hnlp://172.30.98.13/GMSC/default.aspx?requesttype=hnlp' because the scheme does not have a registered handler.

Any idea what needs to be done to have a registered handler?
