Why Print button is disabled



I've moved all my GMSC2016 database and configuration into customer machine. After running application Print button is disabled.


my user has role "Dane referencyjne" that contains access to print button:


So what can be the reason?

Moreover, the same configuration run on my developer environment has print button enabled!

I've found that the problem is somewhere in print templates, that were made on my developer environment. Deleting all templates makes Print button enabled.
