Converting Access warehouse to Geopackage

Hi all,

With GeoMedia 2018  Geopackage becomes the new default data warehouse. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to convert exsisting access datawarehouses into Geopackages?

Hi Peter,

Not sure if there's a bulk processing tool, but you can simply convert Access MDB to Geopackage using Output to Feature Classes command in GeoMedia.

Yes, exactly.  It's very straightforward.  - Hal

Re: Converting Access warehouse to Geopackage

Hi all,
also the library connections in GeoMedia can be stored as Geopackage now. Is it possible to convert an old library directly to GPKG? Or do we have to load the entire content of the old mdb library into an empty workspace and write it to a new Geopackage library?
Best regards, MH

The latter.  There is no direct translation software between library types.  - Hal
