How to vectorize the raster data using spatial model?

I am trying to create a spatial model to generate drainage network in GeoMedia Professional.

I am found some Grid Analysis operators like - Fill Depressions,  Calculate Flow & Accumulate Flow. By using these operators, I am able to generate Drainage Network in Raster format.

I want vector feature for this drainage network using spatial model.

Raster Input > Convert to Features > Smooth Geometry > Create Skeleton > Features Output

Raster Input (This is your Rivers, make background NoData if not already) ie Rivers.tif

Convert to Features (This will create polygon feature around river pixels)

Smooth Geometry ( This is optional, use if raster pixel size is course to smooth polygon edges)

Create skeleton (This will create river centreline features inside polygon)

Features Output (Save river features)
