IGCC , one of the most relevant institutions in Spain let the users to download DTM for free using a format like attached
Could anyone help me to load as a DTM using GeoMedia GRID?

Hello Maria,
If I change the file extension to ".asc" I am able to use Grid >> Create Elevation Footprint using the ArcInfo option along with a CSF file. I then created a Grid Study Area about the footprint, made a select set of the footprint, then used Elevation Workbench >> Tools >> Source Data >> Load from Selected Footrpints, then Refresh.
