Announcement: Cessation of Legacy Windows Support for GeoMedia

GeoMedia 2018 (v16.5) will be the final version of GeoMedia to be supported on the following operating systems:
 
⚫ Windows 7 SP1 or higher, Professional and Ultimate (64 - bit)
 
⚫ Windows 8 (Standard), Professional and Enterprise (64 - bit)
 
⚫ Windows 8.1 (Standard), Professional and Enterprise (64 - bit)
 
⚫ Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64 - bit)
 
⚫ Windows Server 2012 R2 (64 - bit)
 
All updates to GeoMedia 2018 will also support the aforementioned operating systems.
 
It should be noted that Microsoft is ceasing support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 on 14 January 2020. Consequently, GeoMedia 2018 will no longer be supported on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 after 14 January 2020. GeoMedia 2018 (v16.5) will be supported on the following operating systems:
 
⚫ Windows 10 Pro (64 - bit)
 
⚫ Windows Server 2016 (64 - bit)
 
GeoMedia 2018 (v16.5) and any updates to this release will be the final versions of GeoMedia to be supported on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012
 
The latest product release information is available in the GeoMedia Desktop 2018 Release Guide.
 
GeoMedia 2019 (v16.6) is scheduled to be released in Q4 2019.

Hi

 

What is about the Hexagon Geospatial Licnese Administrator 2018? According to release notes the newest Windows server version supported is 2012. What is about 2016 and 2019? Can it be installed on these servers as well?
