I had a problem when I want to save the project on workflow editor GUI GMSC2016.
Workflow editor did not save my project and I do not know the problem.
I have done :
And Workflow Manager still could not save the WF Project and FORM.
Does anyone have a similar problem ? Please help

Any errors in the C:\Program Files\Intergraph\GeoMedia SmartClient\Program\Administrator\Log\SmartClientAdmin.log?
In IIS what application pool is the Adminstrator Application running under in IIS?
What type of GMSC database is being used and does the account that is being used for the connection have the correct permissions to write to the database? (Regedt32 on the GMSC server and check the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intergraph\GeoMedia SmartClient\Sites for the ConnectionString).

there is no error in Log file Administrator
in IIS application pool
Name = GMSCAdminAppPool
.NET Version = .NET Framework v4.0.30319
pipeline mode = Integrated
Data Source=localhost/geoinfo;User ID=gmsc;Password=GMSC (I think its correct)
whether there is something wrong with the configuration ? because it is the default configuration of the GMSC 2015.
There is no problem in Administrator menu,
I can save and delete feature. But when I go to Workflow Editor, workflow project can not be saved or editing.
I use VM for develop GMSC 2016.

I am having the same issue with Smart Client 2016.
I can reproduce the issue on a Windows 10 laptop (GMSC installed on it) and also on a Windows 2008 R2 server (with GMSC installed on it).
I can start the workflow manager
I can create a workflow and give it a name e.g. myWorkflow
BUT when I create a Form, it is not saved
Is there a workaround to this or a fix?

please check you have an application in IIS called service inside workflows->editor configured like here:
then check the application pool is running through NETWORK SERVICE user and that this users have full access to the GMSC\Workflows folder.

I am working on VM Machine Win 2012 R2 with Oracle 12c and running on Workgroup without Domain. ( GMSC 2016 )
I have given full access to Network Service to the Application pool and tried , but no sccess. Also, tried wih LocalSystem as well.
Everytime i tried to save the form the message appears:
All unsave changes will be discarded......
Is this message suppose to come everytime i save the form?

please check workflow editor log file:
C:\Program Files\Intergraph\GeoMedia SmartClient\Program\Workflows\Editor\Service\Log\WorkflowEditor.log

I already solve the problem.
You can uninstall WebDav in your IIS and restart your computer.
My Workflow now work.
