GeoMedia 2018 crashes while opening in windows 7

Dear all,

 

I have installed GeoMedia 2018 on a windows 7 pc, it does not give anny error messages during the installation, but once I open GeoMedia it crashes and gives the following error:

I found a way to solve the problem by installing windows update KB2533623:
