I get this error when I'm trying to import an Erdas Imagine project in Stereo Anlyst for Arcgis.
Does anybody know how to solve this?
The image file paths are correct and both images are oriented in Erdas Imagine.
The same project file works in one computer but in the other computer I get this error.
There are only one amnistrator user in both computers so I think this isn't an access right problem.
Both computers are Win 10 and have same versions of Erdas and ArcGis.
Could it be some setting?

This maybe an installation issue. What is your ArcMap and Extensions versions? Please let me know your installation order. If you had a previous ArcGIS version on your system and you wanted to upgrade ArcGIS, have you uninstalled Extensions first?
Did you install the software in a pure English system, or do you use a localized OS?
Do you have the exact same Windows update on both systems?
Can you test importing the project using Block File Image Pair Manager? To use BFIPM, in SAfA options->Stereo Display select BFIPM then on Stereo Pairs Tab double click Auto Selection. Please check if you can load imagery using BFIPM.
Also please test: When you load the block file on IMAGINE Photogrammetry, do you see online column green? When you click on images on project tree view, does it load on IMAGINE Viewer successfully ?

Thank you for the reply!
I have ArcMap version 10.6.,Imagine 2018 and Extensions 2018 in both computers.
Installation order is Arcmap, Imagine, Extensions. There have been no earlier versions.
Everything are installed in a pure English system but the Win 10 versions are different!
On version 1803 the importing works but on the version 1809 it doesn't.
SAfA: I selected "Options->Stereo Display -> BFIPM".
But I didn't find "Stereo Pairs Tab -> Auto Selection". Is it same as "Auto load image pair"? I checked this.
Importing didn't work.
Imagine: Yes, the online column is green and images are loaded succesfully.
If the Windows version is the reason for the failure I hope there will be a fix soon!

Stereo Pairs Tab is in the ArcGIS Table of Contents.
Please refer to "Opening the Block File Image Pair Manager" in the link below:
We will test the functionality on Win 10 1809 update. Could you please submit a service request through our support portal for this issue?

I managed to import the images using Block File Image Pair Manager.
I also tested the Win 10 1809 update with another computer and it worked fine.
