I am looking for a method to interpolate points from a shapefile to a raster, using values from an attribute.
Do you know any tools or spatial model in ERDAS IMAGINE than can help me?

If the task is to create Surface Layer or DEM, so you can use Surfacing Tool:
Here you can choose a shapefile and as attribute for Z pick up the one from the shapefile:

I didn't think to use the Terrain Prep Tool for it, because the values I want to interpolate are not Z, but I think it can work the same.
I'm tryng to use it but I cannote select the attribute I want to Interpolate. Attribute for Z is not active
Have you never experienced the same thing?

I believe this can happen only if you have no other attributes with values then PrimaryKey.
If you have, so look in Column Properties of your shapefile and check the Type of attribute you wanted to select, if it's Real or Integer and not String.

Well, actually the 'ag' attribute is string. So I have to convert it in Real.
Do I can do it using the Spatial Modeler?

I will look for some other ways, but here one, which work:
So here I select some attribute, then create a Table File Output.
Then double-click on Custom Table Input, specify the Data Type as Float and from possible options choose From File... There select my *.tbl file.
Then you can attach new attribute using Add Attribute By Order operaor.
I do believe that there is some other way. I want to find it.

The models works but I have only 1 and 0 values in the new float column,
I'm looking for a way to mantain a three numbers precision , for mantain this kind of values: 0.633, 0.755 etc

I actually tested with similar values and not getting just 1 and 0 as an output.
Can you provide your shapefile?
Also try to use the model attached, which worked for me.
