Question

I open a block file in IMAGINE 2020 and launch Orima 2020 from photogrammetry tab, the application crash as soon as it starts. How can I resolve this?

Answer

ORIMA is a 32-bit application and has to be started from the 32-bit IMAGINE. If you are launching ORIMA from the ERDAS IMAGINE 2020 64-bit, it will not launch or it will crash.

ORIMA customers need to install ERDAS IMAGINE 2020 32-bit to be able to launch ORIMA 2020. And for IMAGINE 2020 version the installers are separate. So ORIMA customers should install either IMAGINE 32-bit or both if they want to use 64-bit processing for other applications.
