Which workflow do I need in Imagestation DTMQue to get from individuel LAS files to one DSM in GeoTIFF format.
Currently I use DtmScanner connected Las2Dtm, DtmMerge and Dtm2Img. This doens't work. If I remove Dtm2Img it works, but I get a just a merged.dtm file.

After reading this document: ImageStation DTMQue – Merging LIDAR and Breakline Data
I tried the following workflow: https://we.tl/oJBiNRi6UO
This doesn't work either, I also attached the log into the link.

Thanks for reaching out on this issue. I assume you are running version 2015 software? Are you also running on Windows 7 64 platform?
Your final deliverable is a GeoTiff surface is that right? It may become very large with this workflow, have you estimated how large? There is a limit on Windows 7 (~4gig uncompressed).
This issue will probably need further investigation and a possible data request in order to reproduce the problem. Please find below the link to enter a support service request on-line:

I also created a supportcall. It has the number: 1-1322719551 (Imagestation DTMQue from LAS files to one GeoTIFF (DSM))
I'm running windows7 64bit, and I also tried to remove the merged option in order to get interpolated tif files per tile. I'm using 100x100 meters, so I'm defentliy not hitting the 4GB limit.
