When launching ISAT, we are seeing an error - system error &h80004023 (-2147467229) and on clicking OK, ISAT closes. ISPM opens ok. This is on Windows 10 Enterprise. The user has already uninstalled, restarted the laptop and reinstalled the software. Any suggestions please? I have also opened a support ticket. Attached is screen shot. Thanks Richard

I would try "repair" on the App and if that doesn't work try another user domain login to confirm user registry is not corrupt.

Please try deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\ISAT from the registry and try again.
