Our Z/I mouse has stopped working and has come up with "UPID not found" when testing the mouse. We are using Windows 10 and ImageStation 2018. The mouse has power and have tried different USB ports but nothing.
We have another computer with the same setup but running windows 7. Do you think Windows 10 is the problem?
Ensure you have the ZI mouse Driver installed from the Supporting Software Install Option and run from the Start menu the ZIInputDeviceTester from the pull down menu next to the ZIInputDeviceService. This should show the GUI for testing. If not check your connections have power etc.
