Question

We currently have several ImageStation software products with CC licenses. We also have several workstations and servers that we can utilize with these products. In addition to that we also have several users that utilize the different products across the different computers.

Does anyone know of a tool or utility that can easily monitor which products are being used and which computers they are being used on?

Answer

As part of the concurrent licensing configuration, a utility called lmtools.exe would have been copied to a folder on the license server. Launch this executable and open it's Config Services tab. If you open the the debug log file pointed to on this tab, you'll see a record of what licenses have been cheched out when and by which system. Also, if you open the Server Status tab and select the Perform Status Enquiry button, you'll get a listing of how many licenses are currently checked out for each product though it doesn't tell you by whom.
