At the top of the page make sure the “Version” is set to 16.0 (for v2016) or 16.5 (for v2018) if claiming a 16.5 offline license.
For this example, we will be claiming a 16.0 license for Geomedia Professional. Click the drop down option next to GeoMedia Professional, which will expand all available licenses for Geomedia Professional.
Find a license that does not display an activation ID/Host ID. This means that specific license has not yet been fulfilled.
On the far left hand side hover over the tool icon which will then display an option to “Claim Keys (Version 16.0)”. Select this option.
A new window will display a Dialog Box with multiple options to fill out. Only the fields marked with red are required.
For this example, we will be using a composite license, so enter your composite HOST ID into the top “Server ID” field.
Next select Composite in the drop down menu next to the section titled “Type”
If you only want to claim one of the licenses at this time, make sure you select the Partial Fulfillment option and set the value in the field below to 1.
You can choose to have the license emailed and/or downloaded immediately by selecting the appropriate check box to the right of the Email Licenses and/or Download License option.
Click “Claim Keys” and then click okay.
If you did not previously check the Email Licenses or Download License option, you can still email or download the license. To do so locate the license that you just claimed, then hover over the tool icon to the far left. A drop down menu will appear giving you options to “Download”, “Email”, or “Request Rehost” for that specific license. For this example, we will choose “Download” to download the license file.
13. Your download will start right away and you will use this .lic file to run your product.
