How to create and manage licenses in the new Licensing Portal

by Community Manager on ‎08-12-2019 10:10 AM - edited 2 weeks ago by Technical Evangelist (3,605 Views)

With the latest release of our Licensing Portal the look and feel has slightly changed, but the principles of the old Licensing Portal remain the same.

Besides a dynamic search, a better structure,  there are many other improvements regarding the usability.

We are not going to stop here - instead we are planning to add several new, very helpful bulk operations to the Licensing Portal. Stay tuned!

The Licensing Portal is now fully integrated into our M.App Exchange platform so that you can manage licenses and users within the same system.

The well known URL, https://hexagongeospatial.force.com/licensingportal will again take you straight to the Licensing Portal.

New Licensing Portal – Create and Manage Licenses

After logging into the Licensing Portal (License Management) you will see two tabs, "View Claimed Licenses" and "Manage Licenses".

  • "View Claimed Licenses" allows you to Search, Create Licenses (Individual or multiple products), Rehost, Upgrade, Download, Email, Consolidate and Change/Enter Attribute information.
