Add WMS tile in mobile application

Hello

 

Can I know the basic steps from a to z to add WMS tile in the mobile application?

 

I add an image from imagery in content then copy the path of WMS tile,

 

here the link:

https://mapp.s7aba.work/erdas-iws/ogc/wms/assets_tenant?service=WMS&request=GetCapabilities 

 

but I don't know how to convert this link to the same link in mobile documentation.

 

such as this link:

https://data.wien.gv.at/daten/geo?version=1.3.0&service=WMS&request=GetMap&crs=EPSG:4326...
