Fusion for M.App Enterprise metadata download

In Fusion for M.App Enterprise Studio, when I try to download metadata from service , I get a new tab in chrome pointing to this address

 

https://geofsdtweb.comune.palermo.it/studio/service/api/services/96f03f6a-c569-4d1f-ad9e-2155b7dca56...

but the response is :

 

unauthorizedFull authentication is required to access this resource.

 

Any suggestion?
