Hi, does anybody know, how exactly works timebased licence?
How the time is count?
I read about 15 minutes logout (https://community.hexagongeospatial.com/t5/M-App-Enterprise/How-To-Define-the-inactivity-time-for-au... ),
is the time depending on concurrent user usage (in this case - what about shared M.App login across more people/IPs).
... Is it depending on user login into application?
Any additional information?

The M.App Enterprise (MAE) Usage Based license can be described as such:
The usage is measured against all types of activities (e.g. Stuido, Apps, etc…).
Of course there are other options for MAE licensing available each with their own benefits.

Any time a user logs in the timer will count.
If multiple users log in then multiple counts are triggered and count towards total usage given the criteria specified previously.

To be sure: 10 user logins runs 7:00 AM-7:25AM (25 minutes -> two 15 minutes blocks ). The total usage is 30 minutes or 300 minutes?
If 300 minutes: the multiple usage of ONE login by multiple users (the login is shared acrosss more people) use one count for this one login or it use more counts (one for each people; in this case how are the people identified?).
Many thanks ffor cclarification.

The answer to your example is 300 minutes of usage will be charged.
Multiple simultaneous usage of a single login account (and any login account for that matter) is tracked and uniquely identified by a 'session'. The sessions are tracked in the MAPP_USAGESESSION table. You may review that table and the other USAGE tables to get a better idea of how these things are handled.
