base info: windows os latested version of mapp enterprise db postsql

im trying to run my workflow on a browser app and it but there is that error attached to this post some files are missing apparently and i ran the repair for the mapp enterprise but the error still there any herp pleas...

update i tried to copy the file _Localization from other pc and now the error is like this
