I have setup Active Directory on my M.App Enterprise tenant (v16.6.287.3) successfully, I have assigned it applications but when I try accessing the M.App Enterprise Apps website with one of the users in the AD list the login works but the list of applications is empty, please see the picture below.
I am wondering what the cause for this could be.

I suspect that you have imported and AD group that is a 'distribution' group as opposed to a 'security' group.
Please try again by importing a Security AD group.
Only AD groups that are security groups should be used here. Using AD groups that are distribution groups will allow for user login to Apps page, but will result in no Apps being shown to the user.
