I already logged a support ticket on this issue (and we're getting support!!!) but maybe the "crowd" has additional experience on this, which could help solving the problem:
After updating ME from 2018 to latest 2019 our mobile apps are not available anymore.
It's still possible to log in, but when there should be the list of available (mobile) apps, we get an ERROR 500.
We already rolled back the server and tried it again, with first uninstallation and new installation (no update while running), we checked the admin-privileges, we checked the firewall.
Is there someone who had similar trouble after updating?
Any help would be appreciated.
