Can you try to delete the cache folder?

I have just tested that on my testing VM and the workflow with a list launched fine. Are you still getting the same error?
Could it be that the Update didn't install properly?

Please restart WWW and check what error will you have in the tenant's Log.
On my side, there was missing a language resources file (has to be downloaded via Management > Languages)
