WMTS Tiles not loading

Procedure

From different data sets of the official survey, a geoservice of type WMTS was created using single Layers and visualized within M.App Enterprise Desktop. The Layers contain around 10 legend entries (Vector Data) from PostGis-Views.

 

Problem

As you can see in the screenshot attached, there is a problem in loading all tiles of the WMTS. This problem appears on all zooming levels and increases by zooming out. At some point the WMTS isn't shown at all.

 

Are you aware of this problem?

I have recently seen this type of problem in WMTS created by M.App Enterprise and visualised in the MApp Enterprise Mobile environment.

Hi Hella,

have you checked the log file?

 

Please ensure that the log level is changed to ALL, re-load the WMTS and attach the log file.

Thanks for the reply. 

I have attached the log file, where you can see the error of 'The following tile can't be loaded because of an exception! [...]'

 

Do you have an idea what has caused this?

Not yet ;-)

 

Please :

  • Hide (Visible=false) all other layers,
  • delete your complete local WMTS cache at  C:\Users\hmoenkeb\AppData\Local\Hexagon\M.AppEnterprise\cache\CHHSI\Wmts\
  • Reload the WMTS layer
  • Send us the new log file

After deleting and reloading, only three Tiles have been created in C:\Users\hmoenkeb\AppData\Local\Hexagon\M.AppEnterprise\cache\CHHSI\Wmts\.

 

The Log File is attached.

  • close the desktop client
  • delete the WMTS cache
  • start the destkop client

ok now we can be sure that this issue is not related to the desktop client. Because your log file includes a number of "500 Internal Server Error's".

Please check the server logs. You can find them by opening the Studio -> Click on Security -> Logs.

Thanks. There is a bunch of security logs having the title 'First and Last Coordinate must be equal'. I have attached one of it, as it does not say much to me..
