One thing to have a look at is on the M.App Enterprise server; ensure the M.App Tile Service is running. If it is you can try restarting the service to see if that helps get the publish orders going.

are the vector features working in a Desktop app? Did you set them as "cache"? Can you check the vector cache folder on the server?

Set up the same feature in DesktopApp in Enterprise, cannot launch java application.
"Unsigned resource: https://ygaovm02/DesktopClient/jars/guava.jar" error observed in JavaConsole.
Features are set up as Cache, no vector cache folder on the server.

Found the issue, I had Enterprise and tileservice use two different databases, they should have shared one DB instead. But I am now having some new issues now, will post a new thread.
