I have an area featureclass with a status attribute with values from 1-5.
I want to create a BI map with a choropleth map of that feature class.
I am struggeling to create an appropriate color palette that would result in a legend with 5 entries. 1 = green, 2 = light green, 3 = yellow, 4 = orange, 5 = red.
When I use a predefined palette, i get 10 classes even though i only have 5 different values.
When I create a palette with uniform distribution and min value = 1, max value = 5, I also get 10 classes.
When I create a custom distribution, I can not assign colors to certain values. It is only possible to assign colors to an interval, so I would have to assign every value twice. And I am not free to choose the color i want.
Could any one suggest how to create such a choropleth map with a suitable legend/palette.

One more thing: is it possible to have polygons in a choropleth map with no edge?
I see there is a standard white edge around each polygon which isn't very helpful especially for small polygons.
