since one day it isn't possible to publish my Desktop-App. I checked up if the M.App Tile Service is running and it is. I have no idea. Is there something else to check?

Is there any errors in the log? These would give clue to the issue perhaps.
In this case I wonder about the Tile Service installation/configuration.
Are you certain that is has been installed correctly (Warehouse user, Master DB,…)?
a. Warehouse user needs rights to read/write into the M.App Warehouse and the Cache folders of the tenant. (ie. C:\Program Files\Hexagon\M.App Enterprise\tenantname\VectorCache)
b. Master DB must be the same as for the M.App Enterprise application itself
You may also wish to open a support ticket for this case for a more in depth investigation.
