I have a problem when trying to log in in the Mobile App. I try to follow the steps in the tutorial https://community.hexagongeospatial.com/t5/M-App-Enterprise-Tutorials/How-to-setup-a-Mobile-App/ta-p... but when I try to log in it shows invalid user even though I use the same username and password as the Apps page.

Is the message indicating invalid user or something like 'The user name or password is incorrect'?
Please ensure the User has the proper role for this Mobile M.App and the Role is assigned to the M.App
here is example of Mobile M.App with Role 'Mobile' set
And here is the user that will login to the Mobile M.App with that 'Mobile' role assigned
And here the Role is specified to the App

Enterprise license is running ok?
Can you enter to Studio?
We are partners and our license ended on January 1, 2019, here the Prospect had the problem, at this point there were no mobile connections or Studio, and when it charged the new license, Enterprise worked again, but the Prospect needed to reinstall Enterprise Mobile To solve the problem.

Thanks for the pointer. I am having a Permanent license that was procured in last September. The license is active as there are a number of browser apps running at the moment without an issue.

Instead of HTTPS (as the process and paperworks to install SSL Certificate is not that straightforward), I have enabled the HTTP. I could browse http://SERVERNAME/Mobile/?tenant=TENANTNAME from my mobile. Can it be potentially the way on how the calculation of 'hours used' (e.g. -600 h) for Permanent License causing the 'Invalid User' error?
