I know this is too soon to ask but i'd like to move from 16.1 to 16.5. What are the installation steps?
What happens to exisitng Apps, workflows etc?

Looks like they've been rushing to get the release out and they haven't created the release announcement yet which should appear under:
I couldn't find an answer to your question in the release guide.

It seems like there are problems with the registration procedure.

I tried to install 16.5 over the existing 16.1 and got a message “You need to upgrade your permanent license before you can upgrade your installation”. Is it technical or licensing issue?

I do have troubles updating the tile service from 16.0 to 16.5. The upgrade of MAE using the installer worked like a charm.
When I run the tile service installer it starts fine. After roughly 30 seconds I do get an error message: "Exception in 'IsPermantentUpgradeAllows': Timeout...
Any Idea what I am doing wrong?
