Currently we are able to add WFS, WMS services into our shoebox. It would be good if it would be possiblel to add additional TABS in order to add Fusion LTS services and another tab to add OGC 3D Tiles services.
PS. These services should already exists like WMS and WFS services.

At version 16.6.0 M.App X can use an LTS service to proivde the underlying terrain for the 3D view. It is limited to one LTS and that is configured by the Administrator using the ConfigurationWizard. It is treated as a "dedicated" terrain layer in 3D view only.
Are you thinking that the user would add additional LTS services to the Shoebox?
Do you see the OGC 3D tiles to be a way to visualize point clouds? What sort of interaction do you expect?

OGC 3D Tiles can used for Pointclouds, Meshes and Citymodels. This kind of information can be created from UAV, Aerials and Satellite Imagery.

I've added a PDF, what we have done for OGC 3D Tiles visualisations. The mesh is created from UAV data, processed with IMAGINE for UAV.

I'm following this as this could be very interesting for us if we are successful in a bid. We would ideally be wanting to visualise point cloud data within M.AppX as Wim describes - similar to the IMAGINE functionality. Currently we are proposing that we would rasterise the point cloud and then analyse, which would work OK, but visualisation would be a real boon. Any plans?
Wim, what were you using to view the point cloud data that you shared in the PowerPoint?

We used Luciad. To be specific Luciad Fusion to server the pointcloud data as OGC 3D Tiles and Luciad RIA as the webclient.
