MMW WFS-T error while inserting

[ Edited ]

Hi.

I'm trying to add features with a WFS-T service and I'm getting the error message when saving the information:

"Error: Feature was not added because an error occured. -2147211291. Insert operator is not supported."

The request that the MMW app tries to execute is:

<wfs:Transaction service="WFS" xmlns:wfs="http://www.opengis.net/wfs/2.0" xmlns:fes="http://www.opengis.net/fes/2.0"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.opengis.net/wfs/2.0 http://schemas.opengis.net/wfs/2.0.0/wfs.xsd" version = "2.0.0">
	<wfs:Insert>
		<gmgml:GTF_FGC_NovasEdificacoes
     xmlns:gmgml="http://www.intergraph.com/geomedia/gml" >
			<Obs>testestste</Obs>
			<Geometry>
				<gml:Polygon xmlns:gml="http://www.opengis.net/gml" srsName="EPSG:3857" srsDimension="2">
					<gml:exterior>
						<gml:LinearRing>
							<gml:posList>-1041430.6238141875 4742057.688526982 -1041707.7080417212 4741594.289043003 -1040293.6230184456 4741307.650186931 -1040647.1442742644 4742043.356584176 -1041430.6238141875 4742057.688526982</gml:posList>
						</gml:LinearRing>
					</gml:exterior>
				</gml:Polygon>
			</Geometry>
		</gmgml:GTF_FGC_NovasEdificacoes>
	</wfs:Insert>
</wfs:Transaction>

It seems ok but it doesn't even reachs the service because there is nothing in the log file of the WFS.

In capabilites I can see the Transaction operation defined and the parameter ImplementsTransactionalWFS is also defined and set to True.

Anyone can help me with this?

Best regards
