Hello

I have a HGDN Subscription but no access to

• API Console,
• M.App Studio (I had to subscribe to a 3 months trial again)
• Dedicated HGDN version of M.App Chest
• Invitation to BitBucket

Also, i thought it also gives access to the developer role that allows apps publication to M.App Exchange. Is that correct? If yes, that is also missing in my account.

Hi Elodie,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Our M.App Foundation team is working on the issue and you will get the HGDN Subscription related M.Apps asap. 

You should already have got an invitation to join us on Bitbucket about a week ago but I have resent the invite. Please let us know if you keep having issues accessing the Shared Samples.

Thanks for the follow up.

I received and accepted the Bit Bucket Invitation.

I have access to GMSC_Client_Library and hxgnlivegmscserver.

Is that correct?

I will wait for the other features then.

I hope they will also fix the access to incident analyzer demo views I've been told we would get last week.

Hello

I am trying to access M.App Chest using the client M.App Reader but I'm getting an "Access denied" message.

I only have M.App Chest HGDN version.

 The same happens when i try to add new content from teh studio.

Can someone help me please?

I guess it's trying to connect my reader to the regular M.App Chest instead of the HGDN one?

I don't even unterstand why it's different.
