Dear all,

Is it possible to clip a polygon feature with another polygon feature in the Spatial Modeler?

thank you

"Filter by Geometries" tool most likely does that. It takes two polygons/features in and you can use several spatial operations to select fetures that are outputted.

Never done that in practise but it looks it will do it.

Thank you Timo,

I think that that using "Filter by Geometries" is possible just to filter geometries, not to clip them. If I'm not wrong.

I will do some tests.

But after filter you can always output filtered result to a new polygon feature file. I guess the actual Imagine raster subset tool is made just like this kind of model and I see no problem doing that with polygons too. Check model:

c:/program files/hexagon/erdas imagine 2016/etc/models/Subset.gmdx - which is the one used in raster subset tool
