Is the only solution to install IMAGINE 2018 on a separate machine to get the Spatial Modeler in 64bits version?
Other question : GM Desktop license is delivered with a Imagine Essentials license. Is the Spatial Modeler included in the Essentials tier of IMAGINE?

You shouldn't need to install on a separate machine - you should be able to install ERDAS IMAGINE 2018 on the same computer as GeoMedia 2018.
An IMAGINE Essentials license is not sufficient to launch Spatial Model Editor. But if you have a GeoMedia Professional license then you should be able to use that to access the Spatial Modeler in ERDAS IMAGINE (on the same computer as you are using GeoMedia).
