Changing Layer Names with the Spatial Modeler

Hello,

I didn't found how to set the Display Name(s) of  Raster Layers in the Spatial Modeler. Layer Names are set automatically by various operators. It is somewhere possible to change them but I don't remember..

Thanks,

Re: Changing Layer Names with the Spatial Modeler

Hi,

This Operator will be available shortly in ERDAS IMAGINE 2018:

Set_Band_Names.PNG

Until then - View / Edit Image Metadata enables you to manually set band names on existing files.

Hi Remi,

I think there is another workaround. Find the last Operator (prior to the Raster Output) which "creates" the raster stream. If you change the display name of that operator, the band names will follow suit. So you can probably tell from the layer names you're currently getting which Operator in your model is doing the setting. Try modifying the display name of that operator and see what results you get. It might take a bit of trial and error to figure it out.

Cheers
