Consumer Portal Sentinel

Hi Guys,

We use a sentinel wms service in Geospatial portal with no issues on both EPSG:4326 and 3857

I have added this wms service in consumer portal with no luck of it displaying.

The layers are listed but it states that the layers are not supported by the current coordinate reference system.

I have attached a screenshot.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

Jacques

Re: Consumer Portal Sentinel

Hi Jacques,

recently I've seen similar issue when Consumer Portal was unable to display WMS layers from Apollo catalog, providing pretty similar error message, while the same layers could be successfully displayed in Geospatial Portal. The answer from the developers was, that Consumer Portal only supports OGC compliant services, which Apollo is not. Perhaps it is the same with Sentinel.

Re: Consumer Portal Sentinel

Hi Pavel,

Thanks for the reply.

According to Sentinel they are ogc complient.

I am able to dispay all 4 my Apollo wms layers with no issue.

Re: Consumer Portal Sentinel

Hi Jacques,

Can you check network tab of the developer tools to see what's being communicated with the Backend service?

Does the WMS work in v1.1.1?

Thanks,

Jan

Re: Consumer Portal Sentinel

Hi Jan,

Sorry for the delayed response.

I have checked the network tab from the developer tool.

No call is being made.Only the below error from the console log:

Potentially unhandled rejection [1223] Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I take it that the layer is disabled when it states "Layer doesn't support current Coordinate Reference System" so the select action is not carried out.
