Hi,

Recently I have installed following products in Windows server 2016 .

Geomedia Desktop 2020 with update 1

Geoemdia Webmap 2020 with update 1

After successful configuration fo the Webmap,. When I have connected Mobile publisher from Geomedia and created a user & assign a work to the user.

Try to login in the GMW Mobile then its showing the "Login Username / Password are incorrect please try again or contact your administrator"

Later I observed that at Mobile Backend, .json configuration file has not been created . I have reconfigured again wothout any error but same error persists.

I am attaching the GMWM log file .

Hi viplaw,

Can you check if you have the users created available after opening Mobile Publisher > Users?

Is there any error in MobileBackend log or Mobile Publisher log, when you create a new user?

Do you have GeomediaMobile.gpkg file available in both of these locations?

- C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\GWM\MobilePublisher
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Hexagon\Services\AdminInstances\MobileBackend\App_Data\MobilePublisher

After creating the users, those users are avilable in mobile publisher & there aere no errors in GMWM Log.

Yes, GeomediaMobile.gpkg file available in both of the following locations (attached screenshot for your reference)

• C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\GWM\MobilePublisher
  - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Hexagon\Services\AdminInstances\MobileBackend\App_Data\MobilePublisher
